January 2024, Bangkok – The Forestias has continued to work with local people and officials to help communities around the new forest district. 

The Forestias is a 158-acre green neighborhood combining homes with extensive amenities for leisure, shopping, dining, transport, and healthcare. 

A team from the project worked at Khlong Palad Priang School over 30 days to improve its restrooms, canteen, and electrical systems. 

The Forestias has also upgraded the walkway by the nearby Palad Priang Canal.

The team removed weeds, laid concrete, painted on a non-slip surface, and fixed overhead power lines. 

As part of the DTGO group, The Forestias operates as a “social-integrated” business to combine commercial success with enhancing well-being and quality of life. 

The forest district is designed and built under MQDC’s commitment to human and environmental well-being.
